***********************************************************
Application Process:
When registering with the online form, students must select:
- Academic year: 2026/2027; Semester : Autumn 2026
- Field of Study at Metropolia: Technology
- Purpose of the short-term mobility period: ICT Summer School
- Degree Programme at Metropolia: Information and Communications Technology, 0610
When selecting the courses :
- Each course typically lasts about 3–4 hours per day. For a manageable workload, we recommend taking no more than 2 courses per week.
- Students may register for as many courses as they wish, provided the schedules do not overlap (only one course per time slot).
Please check the course schedule carefully to avoid selecting courses with conflicting times. Course requests with overlapping schedules will not be considered. - Please note, we are unable to accept priority or alternate course requests (e.g., «if not Course A, then Course B»). Only the courses selected in the application will be considered.
- If students are not selected for their chosen courses, after the registration period ends they will have the opportunity to request registration for other available courses.
Key Points:
- The deadline for nomination and application is 24 May 2026. Late nominations or applications cannot be accepted.
- Applicants will be informed in June about which courses they have been selected for. Please note that the most popular courses may fill up quickly, so early registration is strongly recommended.
- The ICT Summer School is organized at Metropolia Myyrmäki campus
- Metropolia does not arrange accommodation. Students are responsible for finding their own housing. Information about short-term accommodation options can be found on our website short-term options («private market»).
